Founder of Bravery in the Boardroom and Ex NHS Director Monique Carayol needed support to elevate the brand’s credibility, trust, and visibility to turn the dial on boardroom diversity.
The goal was to create a stronger platform visually to push a movement and accelerate change in the NHS.
The brands visual identity and production efforts needed to be pushed. This shift in physical presence would reinforce to organisations, leaders, and potential collaborators that it's time for change.
Bravery in the Boardroom required a design solution that would not only inspire action but also match the brands disruption in the EDI space.
With the introduction of the tagline "#WeAreBrave", a refresh of visual assets and a website, it pivoted Bravery in the Boardroom as a the advocate for diversity in senior leadership.
With the addition of the #BITBPodcast, it provided a platform capable of engaging a broader audience and generating relatable, trusted and real advice for anyone.
